Dr. Adriana Kiędzierska-Mencfeld Named Woman of the Year at the 2025 CPHI Pharma Awards

Dr. Adriana Kiędzierska-Mencfeld, CEO of Rezon Bio, Polpharma Biologics brand, has been awarded the prestigious Woman of the Year title at the 2025 CPHI Pharma Awards. The winners were announced during this year’s edition of the CPHI Frankfurt trade fair — the leading global event for the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industry, bringing together representatives of science, industry, and innovation from more than 170 countries.
The Woman of the Year category honors leaders who combine scientific excellence, strategic business vision, and transformative leadership — shaping organizational culture and influencing the future direction of the biotechnology sector.
This recognition is not only a personal achievement for Dr. Kiędzierska-Mencfeld, but also a symbolic milestone for Rezon Bio — a company that, in recent years, has evolved from a research and development organization into a full-scale CDMO (Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization).
